Six Week Exercise Prescription
Check with your doctor to make sure the workout guide below is appropriate for you. We suggest you perform the workout in 10 minute sections, (by colored segments which are indicated on the covers), and/or how you feel. You may gradually increase your duration over time by using the six week course outlined in the chart below. Make sure you perform the cool down/slow stretch segment after each workout by simply fast forwarding to segment 6. Aim to graduate to each new level every six weeks until you have performed the entire workout.

5 Stars – I am an advanced stepper but I love this video on days when I want an easier workout. I still get an excellent workout if I want by adding more arm movements. The length of the workout is great. Gin Miller is always wonderful to work out with. It’s pleasant to work out with her one on one instead of with a group where everyone is laughing in a fake manner. The time flies by and it’s enjoyable. I do this workout often, and you can make it as easy or as hard as you need to. ~ Avis from California
5 Stars – This is an excellent DVD for beginning/intermediate steppers. Gin delivers exactly what she promises–an easy to follow step workout. You will sweat and burn calories and get your heart pumping. It’s easy to turn it up a notch – just do the movements with more intensity, a taller step, or with bigger movements. Gin provides the motivation, you provide the movement. ~ Barb from Michigan
5 Stars – I purchased this DVD last year & have used it about 3-4 times a week. It is just what a first stepper needs to learn the moves. Gin shows the basic steps slowly at the beginning before going more quickly. Unlike many other DVDs where the instructor is more intent on showing off his/her moves or those horrid group instructors where one doesn’t know who to follow….this is just perfect and a must for a newbie…Gin is a born teacher. ~ Janet from Canada
Thanks for the great DVD! I am 68 years old and had 2 total knee and 2 total hip replacements almost 2 years ago. I was totally spastic, as I could not figure out where my feet were. I did all the therapy but still walked like a duck. I have tried everything and finally came across “Everybody Steps” – it is making a tremendous difference! Once I figure out where my feet are, I will certainly get more of your DVDs. Thanks for helping with my recovery! ~ Gretchen
I am 68 years old and have been working with a trainer 3 days a week since November. I would like to say that I love your tape “Everybody Steps”. My trainer wants me to do Cardio on the days I don’t work out with him. I needed something to do when it was too cold or snowy out to walk. I thought I’d try your tape. The first time I used it I got up to section 3. I find myself answering you back when you ask how we’re doing. As soon as I am more fit I will get your next tape. Thanks for making step simple and understandable for us beginners. ~ Colleen
I just got my DVD yesterday. I have to tell you that it made me soooo happy! I thought there was something wrong with me because I couldn’t do stepping.
I felt like I had 2 left feet, a clutz, a real dumbo. But I could do this!! I could follow Gin’s cues. It all made sense to me. I DO HAVE RIGHT AND LEFT FEET.
I am so happy I bought this. I could only do up to segment 3 on my first try but I am confident that I will eventually get to segment 5. I LOVE THIS DVD!!
