Thanks for all of your inspiration for all of these years to….. the entire fitness community world – wide. You changed the industry “1 step at a time.” I owe , in part, to you……the birth of Beamfit ……thank you for that too! For had there never been a STEP – I would have never thought about a beam!!!
It was wonderful reuniting with you at IDEA – it brought back such wonderful memories and being with you there created new ones to cherish. Standing up there on that stage ( as a team) reflecting back on all that was accomplished (by the team) was pretty powerful.
I hope we can see eachother soon – for you make me smile – you make me laugh – you make me think and you make me realize that staying on target with a dream is something that will make every waking moment a meaningful one.

As I start a new journey in my life of weight loss I remembered and own one of your step reebox VHS tapes. I truly wanted to include the tape into my new workouts. I started with weight watchers 5 weeks ago and have lost 11.8 pounds when it came time to bring back exercise into my life I was a bit bummed out because my VHS player no longer works. So I tired to get this tape on DVD it doesn’t exist. I was so bummed. I know you have knew ones out that are on DVD but I thought if I can get back to doing this tape two times in a row like I used to I would feel I accomplished climbing the mountain I now face. I love the commercial at the being of the tape where the over weight guy decides to sit out of climbing the pyramid and the two fit people climb and get to reap the rewards. That is what I wanted with the tape. I started this tape in high school during weight training and fail in love with everything about it the band playing the drums to keep the beat, everything after school I bought the tape to do it two times in a row and I did until I married and had three beautiful girls. It is important for me to show them the drive I once had, I also love Bob Harper and his new inside out DVD’s I have them and use them. But I still think of the VHS I cannot use. By writing this I am hoping that just maybe your company would put the VHS onto DVD so I and others and repurchase them and concur the mountain that stands before us. Thanks So much Amy T.
