Gin developed this clever workout for an ACSM conference presentation that offers variety and fitness with little equipment required.

It’s a fun twist on workouts that you can pick and choose from to work into your daily schedule or weekends.

  • Monday “The Kitchen” w/ milk jug and towel
  • Tuesday “The Beach” w/stairs and towel
  • Wednesday “The Playground” w/ playball and glove
  • Thursday “The Hotel Room” w/ water bottles and bed
  • Friday “The Mountains” w/ physio ball
  • Saturday “At Work” w/ stairs and tube
  • Sunday “On the Dock” w/ chi balls or soft weights
