- Monday “The Kitchen” w/ milk jug and towel
- Tuesday “The Beach” w/stairs and towel
- Wednesday “The Playground” w/ playball and glove
- Thursday “The Hotel Room” w/ water bottles and bed
- Friday “The Mountains” w/ physio ball
- Saturday “At Work” w/ stairs and tube
- Sunday “On the Dock” w/ chi balls or soft weights
