I posted a Question on Facebook the other day to see what type of workout would be of most interest. At first I just asked it and got a wide range of responses on the thread. Then I used the Question feature and Step was the overall winner - Strength came in second.
Today I posted a question on format. Since some people are not on Facebook, I’ll ask it here too. To encourage response, we’ve temporarily lifted the requirement to register in order to respond.
Here are the options:
- Circuit – Alternating Step with Strength
- Interval – Alternating Bouts of High Intensity Step followed by Low Intensity Step
- Circuit WITH Interval – Alternating Bouts of High Intensity Step followed by Strength for recovery
- Step - Steady State Cardio Step

I’d love a #4 workout. I did one of your original Step Reebok workouts the other day for the first time in a while, and I’d forgotten home much I loved it. More, please!

I’m in favor of #4. I LOVE Simply Step. I would love a Simply Step 2 with choreography just a tad more complex and with moves that can be made more or less intense. You do a wonderful job in SS showing how moves can be modified. I would also like a step workout that’s at least 50 minutes long … preferably an hour including warmup and cooldown.
#4. I agree completely with Hilary. There is such a lack for good, intense, looong steady state cardio out there–something fresh from you would be wonderful!!! Simply Step is my all-time favorite step workout, something similar in nature would be fantastic! Thanks. =)
I am 3 weeks into doing my favorite Gin Miller tapes-the best of step, Power workout-and aero step…I just lve these tapes!!! I will lose the weight again!!!
Steady state cardio step please!! I would love it to be moderate/advanced with less instruction and more uninterrupted moves with no TFTTing. I love Gin’s personality and humor. I would buy this in a second. Thanks so much for giving us the opportunity to have input.

I would love to see Simply Step 2 as well, with maybe a bonus workout of Interval circuit workouts. I would like to see something with lots of lower body work because saddlebags are my problem!!!!

I love seperating cardio from strength. I’d like #4 but with the music hot and pumping. That combined with your step technique would give me the best cardio workout ever.
I’d love anything that’s interval or circuit training, I notice my best results with that, although steady state is great too!!
