Studio Schedule

  • Open Workouts -  open to the public on a first come drop in basis for a fee.
  • Get Fit L1 - First Level of the Get Fit in 6 Session “Easy Does It”
  • Get Fit L2 – Level 2 of the Get Fit in 6 Session ”Everybody’s Circuit”
  • Get Fit L3 - Level 3 of the Get Fit in 6 Session ”Triple Fat Burning Circuit”

Break Week – February 18th to February 22nd

Workouts open for all levels – drop in rates are $5.00 for current clients and $10 for non-clients.  Try your first workout for free!

  • Monday – 6:30 am
  • M/W/F – 9:30 am
  • M/T/T – 6:30 pm
  • Tuesday – 11:45 am Senior Class

New Session Starts – February 25th

3 hours per week for 6 weeks – $380
Returning clients save 25% – $270
New clients Spring Special save 20% – $288

  • M/T/T - 6:30 am Levels 1&2
  • M/W/F - 8:30 am Levels 3&4
  • M/W/F – 9:30 am Levels 2&3
  • M/T/T – 6:30 pm Levels 2&3
  • Tuesdays – 11:30 Senior Class (special pricing $5.00 per workout)
